Zenwork is searching for a dynamic, highly motivated, knowledgeable Senior Account Executive for Compliancely, a regulatory verification platform used by some of the largest payment processors, gig platforms, and FinTech companies in the world to automate and verify digital account opening and user onboarding in real-time. This position will work report to the VP of Business Development and will assist the Development team to nurture Compliancely prospects, demo UI & API, and assist new and existing accounts with onboarding and implementation. They will also work with the Marketing team to source Compliancely leads and work on marketing and sales collateral for prospective clients. The ideal candidate will own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing while using discretion with our technology and our clients. The Senior Account Executive (Compliancely) assists current and new customers and will provide ongoing technical support with guidance from our Development Team. 



Our preference is for this position to be in Dallas or Fayetteville, AR, though we are willing to consider a remote arrangement for the right candidate.



  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
  • Respond to various inbound leads coming into our lead funnel
  • Research and qualify leads and respond to leads within a defined timeframe
  • Outbound lead generation using various tools and techniques
  • Conduct outbound phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
  • Qualify leads for their fit with our products
  • Conduct live web demos for future clients and recommend solutions for their businesses
  • Prepare quotes, follow-up, and close deals
  • Understand and share industry insights with VP of Business Development and Marketing team
  • Collaborate with team in the creation of sales materials for Compliancely
  • Travel to tradeshows and other events where we exhibit our products
  • Network with other exhibitors at events to understand competitive market


  • 1 – 3 years experience in API / Technical sales, account management, or business development
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON Responses
  • Success with market research and sales prospecting
  • Experience in providing web demonstrations
  • Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows, conferences, or client visits
  • Willingness to learn and constantly improve
  • Ability to adapt to new situations quickly
  • Genuine and charismatic personality
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects while paying attention to details
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)


  • Ability to travel on short notice for client meetings and conferences
  • Must be able to pass required background check


  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Some knowledge of identity verification preferred
  • Some Salesforce and / or Salesloft experience preferred
