Job PurposeReporting directly to the Director of Strategic Alliances, the Partner Account Executive will focus on building and expanding relationships with Zenwork’s channel, reseller, and strategic alliance partners. This role will drive revenue growth by enabling partners to sell Zenwork’s solutions effectively, ensuring mutual success, and expanding Zenwork’s market reach.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: 
 Partner Relationship Management – 25%
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners to drive joint revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and escalations.
  • Negotiate and sign partnership agreements that drive revenue growth.
Sales Enablement – 25%
  • Support partners with product training, demos, and sales tools to increase their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to deliver co-branded campaigns and partner events.
  • Drive referrals from partners to Zenwork Account Executives who sell directly to prospects.
Revenue Growth – 25%
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through partner-driven business.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities through the partner ecosystem.
Internal Collaboration – 15%
  • Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to align cross-functional strategies and execution.
  • Provide feedback from partners to help shape product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
Reporting & Forecasting – 10%
  • Track partner performance against KPIs.
  • Deliver pipeline forecasts and performance summaries to leadership.

Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Finance or related fields preferred 
Experience
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, account management, or customer success, including having met sales and growth quotas.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities.
 
Working Conditions
This position is primarily based in our Fayetteville, Arkansas headquarters.
Some flexibility for remote work may be available after a training period.
Occasional travel to partner sites, conferences, or trade shows may be required up to 25%.
